Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WordGrid (the "app"), a word puzzle game developed by Federico Toledo ("we," "our," or "us") for iOS and Android. By downloading, installing, or using WordGrid, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the app

WordGrid is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except as permitted by law
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the app
• Use any automated system, bot, or script to interact with the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or services
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

In-app purchases and ads

WordGrid is free to download and includes optional in-app purchases (such as removing ads, hints, or skips) and advertising. All purchases are billed and processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms — we do not process payments or store payment details ourselves.

Purchases are generally final. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their own refund policies, not by us directly.

Intellectual property

WordGrid, including its design, puzzles, artwork, code, and branding, is owned by Federico Toledo and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

WordGrid is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including loss of data, loss of progress, or loss of purchases.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
